Important passenger information

  • Passengers who do not present themselves at the indicated check-in time will lose the value of the ticket.
  • A $1 fee must be paid at the dock for the water taxi to and from the ferry.
  • Crossing duration: approximately 2 hours.
  • Each passenger may carry 1 hold suitcase of up to 20 kg and 1 hand luggage of up to 5 kg.

On arrival to Isabela you must pay

  • $$1 from the ferry to the port
  • $$10 entrance fee (foreign visitors)
  • $$5 entrance fee (Ecuadorian nationals)
